Dear Valued Patients,
As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen our operations and improve efficiency, we are pleased to introduce new staff members. These initiatives are designed to support our strategic goals, enhance service quality, and ensure we are well-positioned for continued growth.
Staff Changes and New Team Members
Robyn, our financial and insurance coordinator, has left the team following her move to Nevada. She will be greatly missed. Tori, our office manager, has had the opportunity to work closely with Robyn and will now be overseeing our accounts and insurance claims. She is also our treatment coordinator, working closely with patients on sequencing treatment and financing.
We wish to welcome Cami Shannon as the newest addition to our front desk team. Cami is a graduate of UNH and has her degree in Marketing and Communications. She will be our marketing representative while working alongside Tori, managing appointments and phone calls.
Mikayla and Sam will continue to provide positive patient care and experiences while assisting Dr. Silva. Each is efficient in patient care and communication, and they support Dr. Silva with procedures and can help augment treatment discussions and planning.
Kerri Dureau will be assisting Christine in the hygiene department. Kerri is a junior at FAU and successfully passed the DAT. The work experience in our office will help her on her journey through dental school.
Jenna is now on maternity leave while expecting the birth of her twins. We are actively searching for a hygienist to help supplement our hygiene department. We will inform you once we have found the perfect candidate! In the meantime, Christine will continue to provide hygiene care while overseeing the business.
Practice Enhancements
Alongside staff integration, we have successfully implemented our Solea Soft and Hard Tissue laser. Our feedback from patient experiences has been positive, and we look forward to hosting a patient education night later this summer to provide more information on its benefits and capabilities.
The services we can provide with the laser include: removal of tongue ties (frenectomies), periodontal therapy, fillings without anesthetic or drill, and sleep enhancement. Feel free to contact our office with any questions.
